Due Diligence

Pollux has experience with due diligence in the framework of mergers and acquisitions.

Due diligence exercises are often based on data from the landfill as, due to time limitation, the above audits cannot be performed. 

For this reason, Pollux has designed the concept of a “landfill passport”.  This passport is based on the risk and financial audit and is yearly updated. The passport gives, at any time, a good indication of the status of the landfill at the level of potential environmental, financial and legal liabilities.

Being a report by an external expert and taking into account the yearly updating, the passport is ready to use in any due diligence exercise or any specific discussion with environmental authorities.
